Giulieta Stoianov is the Head of Access and User Services (AUS) at Stony Brook University Libraries and during the early months of the COVID pandemic, she oversaw many main AUS responsibilities while the director was on sabbatical. In this interview, Giulieta discusses the changes that COVID brought to circulation and other public services, and the ways that the staff interacted during home isolation and while the library kept locations open for those remaining students on campus.
