many years, physicians have been appointed to hospitals in the
United States under conditions in which a language barrier existed. To avoid embarrassment for the licensing authorities
within the States, a national examination was established.
This is given both within the United States and in many centers
througout the world, as you may see upon inspection of the
enclosed folder.
