I l I thought that we should develop a prize for excellence in clinical psychiatry, associated that Satn had done an excellent job in establishing a fine program, and discussed the development of a "Stanley Yolles Prize Award" with the associate Dean for student affairs, Dr. Gardner. He encouraged me to proceed. I would require the collection of some funds from Stan’s colleagues at Stony Brook, and perhaps some at NIMH.
