The symptom of fatigue and obsessive compulsive symptoms, in the absence of physical justification as in recurrent hypoglycemia or a muscle wasting disorder, may reflect persistent depression. The descriptions of prior courses oi ECT andthe cinguiotomy are too scanty to determine their adequacy or their effects. We would be glad to have the patient seen at our center, following receipt of a more detailed history. Evaluations maybe done as an out-patient or as an inpatient, depending on the patient’s needs.
