Iworked with Paul during the past few years while he was an attending psychiatrist on the in—patient service at University Hospital. I He is a well trained and experienced psychiatrist. His evaluations of patients and recommendations for treatment were excellent. He is well able to identify patients in need of electroconvulsive therapy. On a number of occasions, when lwas absent from the University, he took over the ECT unit and treated the roster of patients with skill and without mishap. i believe that he is capable of treating in-patients with all the disciplines that we have available, and heartily recommend him for such privileges.
