We are treating a depressed patient with evidence of long standing brain damage. We have failed to alter her state with courses of imipramine, mianserin, and she is now in a trial of lithium. Following your suggestion, we would like to consider treatment with lithium and mianserin, should the lithium alone fail. Would you be able to send me a draft of your accepted report ? Many thanks.
