I In today's mail, I received a letter from Prof. Franco Angeleri of the Ospedale Generaie Regionale in Torrette, Ancona, recommending Dr. Marco Guidi for a fellowship in electrophysiology in my laboratory by supported a scholarship from the Italian government. After looking at the and seeing that Ancona is map closer to Genoa than to New York, by far, i took the liberty of writing to Dr. Angeleri, asking that Dr. Guidi meet you. . Would you interview him for us ? Since you know the situation here and have been through a fellowship, you can explain our principles and help Dr. Guidi understand what he is asking. Please be free to tell him what you recall of the laboratory. As I wrote last week, most of my time is now spent in clinical activities, but we do have an active EEG program, devoted almost exclusively to patients. We will be doing some pharmaco-EEG studies, but very few. You should explain the nature of our computer. On the other side, I would be interested in Dr. Guidi's facility with English; a description of his training; a discussion of his aims, and if you especially think that he will be able to achieve them here.
