issues. Since the latter were the basis for my disagreement with
the committee, I do not feel so bad in having left them.

process for the Task Force and for some other reviews: I now
have a cost/benefit analysis statement; a review of the myths of
EST; specific surveys of the use in schizophrenia and in mania;
a small study of the use in the Metropolitan New York area (which
I am sending to Gianomo today); and another theoretic essay. I think
I am now ready to get back to some clinical research.
