At no point in the report is there any data presented. One tell if Dr. LeBlanc is a researcher, admonisher, or administrator; and if he is a researcher, I cannot find a clue as to the type of work that he does which Justifies his opinions. cannot It is sad that the newspaper of a research organization serves to print opinions without basis in fact. The issues regarding cannabis are controversial, and we seem to need more light and less heat. I wonder if your office will try to report the transactions of the recent chronic cannabis use conference in New York; or the results of the Greek study of Stefania and Dornbush (a copy was sent to the Foundation last summer ); or the 197% meeting sponsored by NIDA on cannabis ?
