Our work involves the analysis of ’ the effects of psychoao ive drugs on EEG and behavior in normal volunteers. She soon begane proficient in EEG recording, interviewing, data analysis, and in operating our IBM 1800 analytic system. Within a few months she nanomed responsibility for one of the studies end 2b; Colby College, as an ohtetanding . jcarried out with the ninimnn of supervision. She was bright, resourceful, and dependable. When I moved my leboratory flron New York City to Stony Brook, she elected to move with no, and}nade the tranhition with relative ease. I encouraged her to select field of graduate study and was pleased that she would like to go on in pharmacology. I believe eh will doiwell, foriehe is a sincere student, interested in her work, 2end wh we were able to arouse her interest, we were rewarded byldedicated\and enthusiastic work.
