It presents an interesting diagnostic problem with sufficient detail and breadth to be considered for publication. It is difficult for me to be critical, since I have not followed the arguments in either condition in detail. I like the report, but I am concerned that my lack of expeeeence may allow me to make an error in this recommendation. Perhaps you would consider having this report reviewed by John Whittier, M.D. (Director of Research, Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, Queens, N.Y.). He is the resident specialist in Huntington's Chores, having followed families for more than 20 years, and the one man who could provide the opinion that you seek.
