The one on agorophobia and mitten patterns seems wotthy of support, although I believe the estimate of time and cost is probably underestimated by at least 50%. I could not Judge the review proposal since there is data missing which would assist me in my determination of likelihood of success and worthiness of support. Should the proposal be submitted again (if unfunded), I would be willing to review again. to the suggestion that one reviewer believes the Bumitten clinical significance, that is the question which Dr. Struve is attempting to answer. At present, it is probable that few observers can elicit the B-mitten and that the pattern is inadequately studied. Precisely for this reason, Dr. Struve should be encouraged to continue his explorations and if he finds or comes to understand the significance of the observation, bb teach not to As have us, so that we can apply the data in our clinical work.
