One question is Regarding your comment on our 01—63 date, we have studied the changes in alertness with placebo in our subjects, and do find that it decreases in time. For some substances, alertness is maintained, and this is defined as a drug effect. In the 01-63 study, we did note the change in alertness, but were not sure that the change was sufficient to be a drug effect. We attempted to re~exemine at higher doses, and may have ignored a finding. since a re~examinstion shows the same changes at higher -doses. Thanks.
