In this regard, I boliovo it is an undue assumption of
authority for the fiectotary, the Pro-ident, or even the Coun~
oil to rejoct an invitation extendod by 3 Follow. whether
Follows should or should not invite snout: to tho 1974 matting
could be toilod next month. If the docioion is made that
sonata are to be invited, it is clearly oath FelloWéo prth

Council, but would trust tho good judgnont of each Follow.

issue, that of the need of tho Ann? for ad—
ditional funds, is one that should bu diocualed by the Council
and tho followohip next month. I think it is donooning for tho
ACE? to not a quota or levy a tax on industry. should tho ans?
really nood funds for niooions that are in the public interact,
a description of the miouion, a call to the ffillowohip with a

would probably bring a voluntary reopens. consistent with the

the fellowship not industry has been presented with a clan:
otatoment as to how the funds are Spout. True, there is a
financial report at oath floating, but this is gloosod over.
Indeed! my tooollection is that the AER? has almost $50,000
iniita trouury. (At the lat nation, I won stmek by the
oboorvntion that tho ACE? was tho secondwrichest organisation
to which I bolong.)
In driving to work yontorday warning, I listened to o
toplay of the Sonata Watergate hanrings. in which tho.Prosi—
dent of Anorioan Airlines indicated the prostate that Mr.
