It would, indeed, be a most unconstructive expenditure of our funds, for the State of New York to re-assess the many unsupported claims of ortho—molecular therapies. The megavitamin approach is so poorly documented, and so dependent on parallel and concurrent therapies, particularly ECT and drugs, that the burden of proof should remain on its proponents. The probability of exploitation by the proponents is indeed and I concur in your request to Ben and to Alan, to put the high, State's funds to better use.
