In the present assays, we are using 15 mg doses, and for these subjects, we are not finding the behavioral changes we obtained some months ago. One thought, is the possibility that the samples I have left, may have deteriorated; the other, is that our earlier assay was an error. I do not know how long it takes to make up, and to ship additional supply of 01-63. But, I would like to re~do some subjects at the end of this run, and for this purpose, will need 400 mg OI~63, in ampules of 10 mg each (if that is possible); or the equivalent in the available lgfmg lots. an Many thanks.
