are most grateful for the supplica of Lithane (lithium
carbonate) which you so kindly made available to us in 1970. Silica
that time we have trested more than 20 patients, neatly those unifaring from mania, and the supplies are exhausted.

Early in 1971, Lithane was approved by the fomulary courmlttee of ﬁetmpolitm Knapital Medical Center for psychiatric uses,
and is no longer "investigationnl" and not under out control.
