In our study of 5-42, 548, we assessed the EEG and behavioral effects of single doses in normal mle volunteers. There were no patients in the study. Also, we coupleted the pilot, 'dose-finding' study only, and our recommended study of 5—42, 548 vs. placebo was not done. It is probable that the synptoms reported by these men related, or may have been a result of the situation. The study is incomplete with regard to the definition of this judgement.
