He returned tired, but assured you and your that the studies will provide the data we anticipated. I met Costas Miras and discussed the continuation of the present studies, my desire to bring in some U.S. cannabis for trials, and the proposed extension of the studies you suggested. For the cannabis, he did not believe that a direct import license would be as useful‘as a shipment via the W.H.0. in Geneva, and indicated that he Would make the necessary arrangements. I will be in Europe on Wednesday, and should be able to Spend a few days in Athens. I am scheduled to arrive on Saturday about noon or 1 p.m., and can remain until Wednesday morning. Costas Miras said that he would be available , and I would appreciate if we could discuss the following: 1. The data of phase I, and anynhelp we can give you; 2. Phase 2, the specific protocols add timetables; rent; 3. Equipment needed for part 2 (can you arrange to he lend you some equipment; or, can you make your may tape recorder available); 4. Importation of U.S. cannabis, and the export of your samples for our assay; 5. your proposals for a new contract. I hope this agenda is agreeable.
