We have 63 patients now receiving cyclazocine (none on naloxone) for 3 months to 4e years, and they are doing as well as our alternately treated methadone patients. The technical issues for cyclazocine for daily administration are resolved. We see a need for a long acting formulation, but lack the energy and the facilities to develop this.
