Canada Dear Gordon, Thank you for the notes about left temporal EEG accentuation of slowing after seizures with bitemporal electrode placement. Recently, J. Volavka repeated the measurements with our detailed quantitative methods, and there is little question that the difference is there. I don't know how we missed this in our studies in the 1950’s, but we did miss it. We have no explanation. We are repeating the study, with spinal fluid chemistry different electrode placements, and hopefully, monitoring themeasures, seizures. This last is a technical problem which is under study. I hope to attend the last day of the 33? ~ (there is a pharmacology meeting in Atlantic City on Friday~$eturday, and I am scheduled to speak there).- and look forward to seeing you there.
