We found none and had he said no knowledge of By-Laws. If we are to follow precedent. an increase in the dues would require Council action, followed by approval by the membership at the next annual meeting. You may wish to suggest appointment of a constitutional committee which could formulate By—Lawe of a more general nature. For the past few meetings of Council, chairmen of various committees have been invited to the meetings. Fritz reminded me that these men are not officially part of Council. As the meeting broke up, Ron Fieve asked me if he was a member of Council and, if so, should his name not appear on the stationery. I would suggest that this is another "constitutional" question which could be referred to a committee and be made either as a modification of the constitution or part of the By~Lewa.
