Dear Ralph,

"If wishes were horses, beggars would ride."
It is easy to bring you up to date. With regard to Athens,

data in volunteers smoking 1.5 gms,

variety 12.5, 7.5, 0.0 THC) in 2 minutes.
Found an EEG effect with rapid onset (less than 2 minutes) and waning by
8-10 minutes. Tried some samples of THC concentrate in a short cigarette
(30 min.) in 30 seconds. Great EEG changes! To do study needed slightly
larger supply of concentrate than I had on hand. Call NIMH in November.
Committees met, powers-that-be considered and decided that concentrate for
animals only, not for man. Raised a bit of a storm, and after 2 1/2 months,
was told would get supply last week. Still waiting.
