I think this is the most fundable of the projects. The need for funds is not obvious to you now, but will become obvious by the end of the year. I suggest you write up the sections on Aim, Methods (subjects), Previous work done (by others, by ?.I.), significance, references. I can write description of facilities and the budget. The relationship with Kirby State Hospital is agreed to, but the final steps can only be taken when a budget is approved.
