For the reasons described in the attached Study of Memory critique, I find the report unacceptable for publication in its present form. The subject is an important one, but the contribution is too inconclusive to merit the space. I believe the authors have better data ~ I hope they do, in any case ~ and that could be the basis for an acceptable report.
