To permit a shorter administration time (2 minutes) we have found it useful to make up a small cigarette with sufficient extract (192 THC) equivalent to 22.5 mg THC. This delivery system is effective and we wish to undertake our next trials with this formulation. We Our study, in male volunteers, 21 years of age or older (mean I 23) is a single dose study, 7.5 mg or 22.5 mg THC equivalence. Subjects are kept in the laboratory 4~6 hours.
