Earlier this year, sulpiride was brought to my attention as a compound with clinical psychotrOpic activity but without the usual pharmacologic profiles. At the GIMP in Prague, this interesting discrepancy was confirmed in discussions with Professor P. I am interested in the basic pharmacology data and available clinical data as usually supplied to investigators prior to clinical studies.
