Dear Senator Javits, The 1970 Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act contains the provision for the establishment of a commission on Marijuana and Drug Abuse. The efforts of such a Commission may have a significant effect on future drug abuse laws and community attitudes. While is always foolish to volunteer, I am taking the liberty of enclosing the curriculum vitae of Dr. Alfred M.
