As an example of the impact of Federal Laws on research, I am enclosing a copy of a two pogo letter which I have just received from NINE in response to my requeot for an additional supply of marijuana to continue our research program. While none of the requirements are difficult to meat, each onc has an inhibiting influence. Even NINE has the misfortune of appointing administrators of limited capacity. Thank you for your interest.
