During the period 1959~l96l he was actively involved in a comparative clinical. EEG and psychologic study of chlororomazine, imipramine and placebo; and in the behavioral and EEG effects of procyclidine. In these studies he accepted responsibility for the selection of patients. their evaluation and treatment under "double blind“ conditions.
