Mr. John Haber of the Fodera1 Bureau of Narcotics expressed the w111ingness to de1iver as much heroin, simi1ar to that ana1yzed by Dr. Schwarzkopf on October 7, as may be necessary to produce either 10 grams. or more than that amount. to permit the Bureau to have some pure me supp1ies for others.
