When the weather has been unusually hot. the capsules have developed a gelatinous softening and the surface has changed from being smooth to one that is grossly irregular. On occasion the capsules have stuck togethsr. This occurred in our clinic, but also to two of our patients who insisted that the capsules had been kept in their pockets.
