I am also enclosing a xerox copy of the letter from the British Medical Journal. I believe that these experiences do support the merit of a very high dose fluphenazine study. As I indicated at the ECDEU meeting, Dr. Barry of White Laboratories called me last week to state that they have made a concentrated syrup (100 mg/cc) and this should be available for clinical trial in the early fall. that amitriptyline may have antiparkinaon qualities intrigues me and I will look into this further.
