I believe the meeting was a success and I am grateful for the extensive work that was done in last preparing the forms. As we undertake new studies, the forms will be included and I look forward to the analyses as projected. Dr. Itil shared with me the reluctance of the participants to use a more definitive laboratory rating scale. This appears to me to be the only form of importance that has been omitted.
