Lefkowits, "Influence of Staff Attitudes and Environmental Factors on Treatment Selection" for the 1961 Radie Gnekow Award. The work is original; is a study of Hillside Hespital patients and illuminates a hospital problem; and was accomplished by the cooperation of a resident psychiatrist and an attending physician.
