At the time we were installing an IBM 1710 control system for the analysis of neurophysiologioal signals. Mr. Bridger had unusual capacity in understanding the equipment and the variety of housekeeping programs. At the time that the first disk file was instituted in St. Innis it was at our installation. Both in the development of new equipment and in providing programming for sane of our projects, I found Mr. Bridger unusually capable. to make the disk When other systems engineers were unable he was instrumental in providing file operate, the necessary programs.
