As you 1mm, we are establishing a digital oanputer facility and in the project planning last summer, the engineers recommended some partitions and changes in electrical wiring as the only renovation costs. In anticipation of the delivery of the system during the first week in May, the engineers again reviewed the site and found that the air handling systems were inadequate to the needs of the computer configuration requested. Because the project has been delayed in its inception, there funds available in the personnel portion of this budget. We are are requesting, tpermission to 'reduce the personnel portion of the budget by $10,000 and increase the equipment budget by $4,000 and the allocation for alteration and renovation by $6 ,uoo.
