I hepe that you and IBM will make such a discussion available again in the near future. I have been interested in various applications of digital ccmputersto psychopharmacology. A.principal focus has been in the analysis of EEG signals. But, in establishing the computer facility at the Missouri Institute of Psychiatry, I encouraged my associates to develop a model information retrieval system. we were able to code more than 1,000 documents from my files and these provided the basis for an interesting demonstration both in Missouri, and at the world Congress of Psychiatry in Madrid. Both the limitations and advantages of this system became obvious, but since it required additional funding, I have not pursued this further at present. I am taking the liberty of enclosing a description of our system.
