The questions that were asked were primarily whether psychoactivecmpomdscouldsoalterthebehaviorofa prisoner so that a psychiatric exmzination could come with a detennination of sanity, whm indeed abnormal behavior was pmninant without medication. The second question was whether the administration of psychoactive carpomds could soalterthenmm'y of the defendant so that he was unable to properly defend himself during the trial.
