I have been may many weeks studying at other units and presenting
our data at various meetings. There is much that we have learned
about molinergic mechmism end about psychotropic drugs. I
believe that changes in the electroencephalogram do reflect the
chmges in biodxomistry and that these indices are as sensitive
as the early photmtem. While they were very gross, they did
provide spproximtima which were the bases for- many of the
clinical ideas in medicine today. A frimd of yours, Dr. Semfitinides,
visited the Institute loot week and pmemted some of his observations
on tonpoml lobe epilepsy. He apparently has joined the institution
in Oklahoma City and seemed quite pleased with his opportmity and
especially that he was able to leave England.
