I submitted a list of the invitees and a copy of the invitation. The Program Committee is meeting on November 29, md“ they mooumged us to have the program mleted by that date. I indicated that this was not possible but that we would aubudtthe final program as soon as possible. They assured me that we were on the list of symposia requesting simultaneous thumletim and were particularly interested thatwe had invited a ember of Soviet guests. Brill indicated that that would be the decision of another omittee, a publications casedttee', which is yet to be appointed. He suggested that you cmtact the publishers and make the preliminaxy arrangements subject to approval it of the participmts aid the GIMP in March. In that way, we would be prepared to make a definitive statemnt regarding publication at the end of the meeting. With regard to transportation eXpenses , Dr. Cole indicated that the .oomaittea was placing the responsibility in the hands of the Emopean Committee of CINP. He suggested that we contact Dr. Deniker directly. I have already received two replies requesting tmspootatim grants from fiance and Amtria.
