In the advertisemnts the bibliography is listed as being complied by myself and the Missouri Institute of Psychiatry is listed as part of the St. Louis State Hospital. The Missouri Institute of Psychiatry was part of the St. Louis State Hospital up until January 1965. While it is true that the bibliography makes this designation in its back cover, I would be grateful if future listings would provide the desigmrtion “Professor of Psychiatry, Department of Psychiatry at Missouri Institute of Psychiatry, University of Missouri School of Pbdicine, St. Louis, Missouri," or, if that is too long, sinply as "Professor of Psychiatry, University of Missouri School of Medicine, St. houis, Missouri."
