As on the electroyou know, Dr. Gershon hes osrried out detailed bshsviorsl studies as well. Sosetine last year you were kind enough to make available supplies of bitten for animal use. At the present time we would like to renew our studies as patients. and would like to request sdditional supplies. Recognising the problems of working with en experimentsl drug such as Ditrsn, we have presented our problem to the Pharmacological Committee of this Beyertment. The Committee has agreed to support our study program end has concerned in our filing an IND with the FDA. if that is necessary. I will be grateful if you would afivise me as to tho beat steps necessary to make supplies of Dltron available for human use. If an. IRD is required sad we make such so sppliostion, would your pharmacological dopertnent be willing to make available the information necessary for this form, defining the node of production of the drug end its pharmacological characteristics?
