As you know, I have decided to go ahead with the development of our awn information retrieval system and we are developing a heuristic descriptor list. I plan to be in Washington later on this month and should like to take the opportunity to call you at that time and arrange, if possible, to meet with you for a few minutes to discuss the possibilities, if any, of collaboration.
